As a competitive runner and triathlete, Andrea first discovered yoga while healing from an injury. She took her first class in 2014 and was instantly hooked. Yoga has been a part of Andrea's life almost everyday since. Andrea was struck by yoga’s ability to foster both physical and emotional healing and wellness. As an instructor, Andrea strives to help others discover and benefit from all that yoga has to offer.
Trainings and Certifications:
Andrea completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in January 2016 through Styles Yoga in Albany, NY. She then went on to complete a 30 hour intensive teacher training with Justin Wolfer in Saratoga Springs in 2016, a BarreFlow certification in 2017, and a YOD(yoga +HIIT) certification through Minnesota Power Yoga in 2017.
