Beth Ann Booker
Beth Ann is an Oneonta native. She is currently a yoga instructor, full-time nursing student, and mother of a miniature poodle named Bodhi. She was drawn to yoga in her early 20’s while searching for personal balance and clarity; discovering that yoga was much more than a physical practice.
Beth Ann is a 200-RYT, certified in the traditional Eight-Limb Path of Ashtangha Yoga including Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama and Meditation. She received her certification through Sadhana Yoga School in August, 2015. Her classes focus on dynamic, light hearted flows that help discover the importance of connecting to breath, value of mindfulness and power of self-love while enhancing physical strength, flexibility, and vitality.
