Studies show that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. While we’d all love to make it to yoga each and every day, it doesn’t always shake out in the real world. Rather than tossing in the towel every time you miss your favorite class, join us for a 21 Day Program to support you on the days you can’t make it to the studio. As the seasonal chaos and tumult that typically accompanies cooler weather sets in, we’re taking radical steps of self love and setting our sights on real-life, doable daily self care. Why wait for January to commit to filling your cup? Start sharpening your tools and building that foundation N.O.W!
21 Days of Unlimited Classes so you can practice in the studio, whenever.
Weekly Care Tools (Each 5 minutes or less)emailed every Sunday
>>Meditation Audio Recording- reclaim a few minutes of each day for YOU. Let five minutes of mindfulness transform your daily do’s.
>>Pose Breakdown/Flow- Deepen your understanding of the practice and find a few easy ways to move at home when you can’t make it to class
>>Breathing Exercises- Sometimes you can’t stop, drop, and down dog your way out of a public situation….but you can breathe. Learn some subtle ways to center yourself any time, any where.
Exclusive Integration Time because the best routine to follow is the routine you follow, and that means it needs to be tweaked and tailored to fit your needs. As a group dedicated to self-care, we’ll flow it out, reflect, and share what worked, what didn’t, what you liked, what you could leave. We’ll have bountiful opportunities to share your experience and get inspired by the magic individuals around you.
