Whether you've had an acute injury or something more vague and chronic, yoga can be both helpful AND harmful, depending on the movements you do. Join Kelsie for a Back Care Workshop to learn proper modifications and helpful asanas to build strength, stability, and manage common causes of back pain. We'll learn about:

*Sacroiliac Joint Derangement

*Piriformis Syndrome

*Sciatica

*Osteopenia/Osteoporosis
