Suitable for all levels, Beginning Kripalu Yoga uses a combination of breath awareness and classical yoga postures to facilitate a sense of being fully present in the body. The emphasis is on self-inquiry and self-discovery, with the potential for your practice to become a pathway for personal transformation and growth.
A native of Oneonta, Diane is an OB-GYN physician who has been practicing yoga for many years. She has found that yoga offers a way to stay in shape physically, practice mindfulness, and connect to community. She completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu in early 2019. As a teacher, her goal is to lead others in the journey of self-discovery that is yoga!
