Join us for an afternoon of fun and exploration in this PARTNER YOGA WORKSHOP! Practicing yoga with a partner can deepen and expand your practice in a multitude of ways. The main difference is that parter poses utilize resistance stretching- one partner can be fully passive while the other applies resistance to deepen the stretch- in some case finding new poses, and in others deepening the sensation of familiar ones. Partner yoga is also a fun way to build trust and communication with a friend or partner.
In this workshop, we'll break down several poses and learn about the specific benefits, safety precautions, and how to safely enter and exit yoga poses together.
Bringing your own partner is highly suggested but not necessarily required!
