FRIDAYS IN FEBRUARY: Flow & Restore
A combination of both a flow and restorative style class. Be prepared to link breath with movement as we move through a vinyasa flow for the first half, strengthening and stretching, then cooling down as we relax and restore our bodies in restorative yoga poses accompanied by the use of props. All levels welcome.
A native of Oneonta, Jenn Moss began her life-long love of movement at the age of 3 at Holbrook-Wade School of Dance, and continued dancing into college. Through this, she discovered the healing benefits of movement and later became a student right here at Tribe Yoga, where her love of mind, body, and breath relationships began. As a graduate from the Sangha Studio 200hr YTT program in Burlington, VT, Jenn serves to bring about freedom and release in her classes while providing a space for play and exploration. As a freelance writer, she can often be found typing away at her computer (while trying not to slouch). When not working, she delights in her foodie-driven mind, creating unique and nourishing whole-food based meals in her kitchen accompanied by a little dancing (of course)!
