About The Event
This series is fabulous for those who are currently pregnant, trying to conceive, navigating the forth trimester, birth partners, and birth workers. An emphasis is placed on safe modifications for a changing body, breathing techniques to support birth, and understanding of the pelvic floor + accessory musculature. Each class will include approximately 45 minutes of yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation) as well as learning, troubleshooting, and time for good ol' fashioned connections with others on the wild journey of pregnancy!
This is a four part series that is most beneficial to those who can commit to all four weeks, though drop ins are always welcome and encouraged. Regular social distancing/masks required at all times! Minimum of 4 participants to guarantee the series, so sign up in advance!
